d) it is carried out directly by the owner, as well as possibly by third parties for the performance of service to its customers.

9. RIGHTS OF
The Data Protection Act of 2001 (CAP 440) of the Laws of Malta confer specific rights, including those
to obtain from the owner or person in charge of data processing confirmation as to whether or not personal data and their providing in an intelligible form; to know the origin of the data, and the logic and purpose on which the treatment is based; to obtain the cancellation,anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons,
to treatment. It fully shows the provisions in The Data Protection Act of 2001 (CAP 440) of the Laws of Malta for Its opportune knowledge:
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data is concerned, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and ;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, the
managers or agents.
3. You have the right to:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such proves impossible or involves a use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The undersigned, acquired the information provided by the data controller under The Data Protection Act of 2001 (CAP 440) of the Laws of Malta and taken the information pursuant to this Act:
- Give my consent to the personal data processing for the purpose of conclusion and execution of the contract, indicated in each of which read, compulsory and necessary to enable the data controller correct execution of the report.
